The Founder Agency offers execution-based strategic support for solo entrepreneurs, covering areas such as business strategy, operations, marketing, branding, and sales. Subscribers may submit unlimited requests, which are processed one at a time, with an average turnaround time of 48 hours. The Founder Agency does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice. Any information or recommendations given are for general business purposes only and should not be considered professional legal or financial guidance.

Most requests are completed within 48 hours. However, complex tasks—such as brand identity development, website design, or large-scale strategy planning—may take up to six weeks. Clients will be notified if a request requires an extended timeframe. Unlimited revisions are allowed on a single request, but only one request is worked on at a time. New requests will not be started until the current one is backlogged or completed and approved.

Clients may submit unlimited requests, processed one at a time. However, to maintain quality and efficiency, The Founder Agency reserves the right to limit excessive or unreasonable requests that significantly exceed normal usage or are submitted in bad faith (e.g., mass submission of tasks beyond a reasonable workload). If needed, we may reach out to adjust expectations or prioritize tasks accordingly.

The subscription fee is $2,500 USD per month, billed automatically. Payments are non-refundable after the first week of service. If you cancel within the first seven days, you will receive a 75% refund. No refunds are provided after this period for the current billing cycle. If you do not wish to renew for the next billing cycle, you must notify The Founder Agency at least 5 business days before your renewal date to avoid automatic processing. The Founder Agency reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, your subscription price will remain the same as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel or pause, you will be subject to the new pricing upon reactivation.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service access will continue through the remainder of the billing period. The Founder Agency reserves the right to terminate any subscription at any time for any reason, including but not limited to abusive behavior, unreasonable workloads, or violation of these terms.

Once a request is completed and approved, full ownership of the deliverable is transferred to the client. Founder Agency retains no rights to completed work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Founder Agency provides business support services but does not guarantee specific results. By using our services, you acknowledge that business outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any financial losses, lost revenue, missed opportunities, or any other business-related consequences resulting from the use of our services.

The Founder Agency may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
